Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses inqola.co.za. By creating an account you accept them, together with the Official Rules, the Competition Regulations and our Privacy Policy, which form part of them.

• You must be 18 or older and hold a South African ID.
• You may hold one account, in your own name, with accurate information. Nobody may register on another person’s behalf.
• Officials, venue representatives and administrators may not play.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

• A captain creates a team and is responsible for registering it at a venue and for declaring which two players play each match.
• A player represents one team for the whole season, including after that team is eliminated.
• Changes to a team’s players are made only with the agreement of the players involved, as set out in the Competition Regulations.

• The entry fee is shown for each venue before you pay, and is paid in the app through PayFast.
• Entry fees are not refundable. You confirm that you understand this before paying, and we record when you did.
• A team’s place is confirmed only once it has paid and two of its players have verified their email addresses.
• If your chosen venue fills before your team has a place, you may move your entry to another venue in the same town, and any payment moves with it.

A promo code gives the discount printed on it, may be used by one team only, and expires at the time stated. A discount not yet paid for does not carry over if your entry moves to another venue.

• Every player must present their original ID document at check-in.
• Play follows the Official Rules and Competition Regulations. Officials apply them, and disputes are decided by a panel of officials who did not officiate the match.
• A team that does not meet the check-in requirements, arrives too late, or breaks the rules may forfeit a match or be disqualified, as those documents set out.

Prizes for each level will be announced before registration opens for the season.

Venues, dates and times are announced on the site. We may need to change them, and will tell affected teams as early as we can.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published here with its date, and material changes will be emailed to account holders.
